Elizabeth Brooks Oakley (Speech Pathologist - Founder of Magnolia Speech Therapy in Burbank, CA, and now Soundpath LA) visits the studio and, although she didn't get in a good breakfast for herself, the fact that she's drinking coffee again means she's mostly doing fine.  Elizabeth has an extraordinary story to share, and she tells it energetically, passionately, and thoughtfully.  From her early impressions of Christianity as a young child, to wrestling with the aftereffects of her fathers' suicide when she was 18, Elizabeth tells a story that is mindful, reflective, and hopeful.  Her openness and curiosity in pursuit of spiritual answers led her to what would be, for example, a transformative experience with a psychic medium and, from there, further down the path to where she resides today: A belief in holistic healing methods, the study of human frequencies, and a reverence for the mystical aspect of our lives.  It was an enlightening and enriching conversation, and it was an honor to have her on the show.
